Thursday Night Elementary Band Rehearsals BEGINNING & INTERMEDIATE

All elementary band students have the opportunity to participate in one of Rowland Unified School District’s Elementary Performing Bands. These performing ensembles meet every THURSDAY evening, at the Jellick Elementary School Multipurpose Room. During these rehearsals, band students receive extra individual and group instruction. In addition, the students are given the opportunity to perform musical pieces which are not available in their regular twice-a-week band classes held at each school site. From time to time, we also invite other instrumental specialists to assist students who are having problems playing their instruments. This is an invaluable experience for your child; therefore, please make every effort to give him/her the opportunity to attend these FREE evening rehearsals.
